Besides, if some really good shots come in, I might have to bring in the big guns and enter a different one)

Sure, I could only think/hop that it would better each month !
And since is going to be a public vote, I am considering entering a few pics myself. But not to worry ...I don't take great photos.

I will repost it sometime time today, and hope for the best.

OOOH multiple entries allowed?!?!?!?! I could have put in enough to have made it a legitimate contest and won fair and square for the last couple months...and been well on my way to that grand prize. DOH!!!

Rules:

A monthly contest open to all Fauna members.
Each monthly Contest should have a minimum of 5 contestants.
A contestant cannot enter more than three photos per month.
Entries are restricted to United States Residents only.
Each contest winner will be determined by public voting.

I could never let you compete against yourself ....just wouldn't be fair.

I'll play when I get back home from vacation. I am a sorry photographer though.

Maybe I can get some wild shots here in Denver. So far, the only pit I have seen here was DOR.

Nowhere in the rules does it say the subject has to be alive...and believe it or not, I can think of a few DOR shots that could get some votes (but that is me, and I'm a bit tetched in the head)

That would be something ...DOA shots !
I don't know how many votes it might bring , but your right ....nothing in the rules says you cant DOA shots.
