Sorry about all these hoops to jump through, but I am quite serious about blocking spammers and scammers at the gate on this site and am doing the very best that I can to that effect. Trust me, I would rather be doing more interesting things with my time, and wouldn't be making this effort if I didn't think it was worthwhile.

So i ordered a replacement glass for my 421 and it arrived on time but broken due to shipping. I called Mr. Ronne promptly after receiving the broken replacemnet glass and described the damage. He offered to send another one out at no charge to me and without requiring any proof, even though I am sending it back just so he knows that it was the truth. I just want people to know he has great customer service and top quality equipment.
