Eggs Found in Yard—What do I Do?

Earlier today, my family and I discovered a small cluster of eggs in the middle of the lawn. We live in Washington, so the ground is usually moist, and we’ve had a lot of rain the past few days, but the clump of eggs is nowhere near a pond. They’re just in the middle of the yard, under a pile of leaves. We can’t tell if they’re frog eggs or salamander eggs, and we don’t know if we should just leave them there or relocate them to a pond. What should we do?
