Quick worm questions.

I know, I know, look it up! Internet confuses me, maybe I'm not putting it in right. I guess I could of asked the Gecko people to but I'm here. SO...what kind of Beetle again does a mealworm turn into? I did look it up and I thought it said a Stag Beetle. Am I right? What does a Waxworm turn into? My Fiancee guesses a Caterpillar but its been awhile for me and I can't remember. Thank You!

OH, I forgot! ALSO...where can I buy a Rhino beetle. Larva is preferred but we will take a mature Rhino Beetle to, and how much are they?? Thanks again!

They are Darkling beetles (Tenebrio molitor). Waxworms become wax moths.

Kristin, this isn't the best pic, but these are Darkling beetles and a few of their eggs which will hatch into mealworms:

a waxworm will cocoon itself with "silk" and then after about 2 weeks if i remember correctly, it will emerge from the pupa and be a small white moth. The moths are around 2 cm.

I raised the moths at one time to feed to arboreal tarantulas.
