That's another thing I've heard. But I wouldn't let that slide if that's the case. How are people with so many bad cases still able to do business on the Internet?

Actually you do not. Licenses are required to do business in certain heavily-regulated industries, e.g. firearms or pharmaceuticals, but otherwise you can operate as a sole proprietor and sell just about anything you want online.

Check out the BOI. There are a ton of evil sellers out there with terrible reputations. That's one of the reasons why the BOI is here, an ounce of prevention and all that.
