Also your TRUE location is important. If the location you enter in your profile field does not match the location of your registration IP address, then your registration will be rejected. As such, I strongly urge registrants to avoid using a VPN service to register, as they are often used by spammers and scammers, and as such will be blocked when discovered when auditing new registrations.
Sorry about all these hoops to jump through, but I am quite serious about blocking spammers and scammers at the gate on this site and am doing the very best that I can to that effect. Trust me, I would rather be doing more interesting things with my time, and wouldn't be making this effort if I didn't think it was worthwhile.

RICH @ RBI.
I have to say that Rich is top notch.He did a custom heat tape job for me and it was perfectly done.
He found himself a long term customer. I also like the Vivariums thermostats he sells.They seem to work well and thats why i bought another.
Dont hesitate to do business with Rich .Great customer service too.

I have to agree. I have bought many many products from Rich from mice
supplies to cages and he has always done a great job with a reliable product
and the knowledge to go with it.

I just got my newest order .. and perfect as usual. I ordered one day, shipped the next, and at my house two days later. Now that is customer service and if ever a question, Rich gets right back to you promptly with an answer. I look forward to doing continued business with them for a long time.

Too bad he doesnt sell big cages though. But it seems Rich has some loyal customers and i know why.Great dude who loves what he does.
See how far great customer service take you.If only all businesses wre like that
