Sorry about all these hoops to jump through, but I am quite serious about blocking spammers and scammers at the gate on this site and am doing the very best that I can to that effect. Has he been through a shed cycle since it's developed? Hopefully it sheds out and doesn't start retaining. I don't think it's an eyecap but it could lead to one, dunno. I would almost be tempted to brush some triple antibiotic on it just to soften it up, just on the crest of the eye though because the cream will remain around the outside and collect dirt. GL.
