Anyone Know JASON PARK or AKA Jiwon Park??

I'm approaching this situation as "legal representation" for Mr. Aspley.  I'll be very curtious and simply ask about the sudden fall out in communication.  I've found that intelligence and legal knowledge is more intimidating than anything else in business.  If the guy is looking for an argument, I'll simply walk away.  But thanks for the warning, it is L.A. afterall...

<img src="http://www.faunaclassifieds.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/mad.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=''> Sorry to hear about what's going on Jason. spam_However I think something similar is going on with me but not for as large amount as what you paid. spam_I sent a proposed seller 600.00 on or about 26 February 2002 partially by postal money order and partially by bank money order. spam_He was supposed to send the animal out right away but came up with the excuse that someone broke into his home and stole everything and the police wanted him to get everything back before he shipped anything to anyone. spam_He has even recently responded with an email that he'd be refunding the money back to me and it would be in the mail that was over a week ago. spam_I like you spoke to this guy on the phone which assured me that everything was okay. spam_He also said he needed the payment right away. spam_I may sound like I'm ranting and raving about a completely different issue here but I bring this up in response to your ad because of the similarities and the fact that he gave me the same phone number that you posted.

It sounds like this guy is running a scam in SoCal and using different addresses. &nbsp;I got a copy of the signature card that FedEx had on file for whoever signed for the package when it was delivered and it was signed for by someone else other than Frank Gillies.

Bottome line here is that if there is anyone in the area that could help me out I would be willing to pay the entire 600.00 as a finders fee because frankly we're in business of buying and selling herps on the internet here and a lot of it has to do with extending a huge amount of trust in people we some times know little about and for someone who to me it seems like is completely using the sites like fauna classifieds and kingsnake.com to prey on innocent hardworking people and blatantly steal there money is just wrong. spam_Because of one individual I now am really hesitant to buy anything from anyone in the Southern California area. spam_I just don't want this guy taking advantage of anyone else.

I have already filed a mail fraud report also if there are any other steps I could take to make sure this guy is known to everyone in the herp industry please let me know.

P.S. spam_Just so everyone knows I put a great amount of responsibility for this mishap on myself. spam_From now on I'll remember when the deal sounds to good it probably is and ask for references next time.

what would be helpful is this info..how was this person paid?
i was told by the people that received the monies skfu that his seller went with california id and picked up the money and that in his case western union had a copy of the california state id..the addresses that person used were both commercial places one being the money store a check cashing place.
austin..tell us more about the transaction.

my last post might be a bit confusing.
where did he cash the checks? do you have any idea?
if so they might have a copy of his id card that being the case it might have yet another address on it..
ill look up the address you posted and see what it shows me as far as location and whether it might be a real address or not.

just because one idiot in so california has managed to swindle a couple of people dont let that jade your impression of all people in southern california.
