As such, I strongly urge registrants to avoid using a VPN service to register, as they are often used by spammers and scammers, and as such will be blocked when discovered when auditing new registrations.
Sorry about all these hoops to jump through, but I am quite serious about blocking spammers and scammers at the gate on this site and am doing the very best that I can to that effect. Trust me, I would rather be doing more interesting things with my time, and wouldn't be making this effort if I didn't think it was worthwhile.

I am not accusing "ted/terd" of anything, but it seems odd that he mispelled his own name. It's also odd that he was on here at..

He has zero posts, though someone said he had some ads prior to this BOI thread.
I also think it's odd he didn't respond to this BOI thread.

You make a good point, but it would be easy to hit an 'r' while typing Ted. I do that sort of thing all the time, even when I'm typing my own name. I don't know of Ted or Terd, though. I'm just saying...

The address he gave was 25 West Flagler street Miami, Fl. 33130. An address search came up with the name Joel D. Eaton & Podhurst Orseck for that address & a phone number 954-463-4346. The zip code he uses on Reptile Auction is 35188 that is a WOODSTOCK, AL. zip code. The Phone number he gave is a cell number is 414-828-4859. That number is a MILWAUKEE, WI. number.

What I find odd is that all of his ads and posts on Kingsnake and FaunaClassifieds have now been deleted, since there is no babs in place, I assume the ads and posts were all deleted by him.
Yet, he still have many ads on Reptile Auctions.
I don't know if this guy is the "Ted Ferguson" that a few people here have claimed is ok to deal with or not, but just based on the fact that this BOI was started and "Ted/Terd" has logged in and deleted all of his ads (and his posts) and did not respond to the BOI, I would not buy from him until he comes forwards and resolves this.
It's better to err on the side of safety.

The reason I found all this out is I thought this may have been Mike Losey. They sell alot of the same kind of reptiles and the names HerpExpert & HerpMasters are a lot alike. Mike losey of HerpMasters as posted ads on KS saying he is going out of business
about the same time HerpExpert came around.
