Please note that the information requested during registration will be used to determine your legitimacy as a participant of this site. As such, any information you provide that is determined to be false, inaccurate, misleading, or highly suspicious will result in your registration being rejected. This is designed to try to discourage as much as possible those spammers and scammers that tend to plague sites of this nature, to the detriment of all the legitimate members trying to enjoy the features this site provides for them.
Of particular importance is the REQUIREMENT that you provide your REAL full name upon registering. Sorry, but this is not like other sites where anonymity is more the rule.
Also your TRUE location is important. If the location you enter in your profile field does not match the location of your registration IP address, then your registration will be rejected. As such, I strongly urge registrants to avoid using a VPN service to register, as they are often used by spammers and scammers, and as such will be blocked when discovered when auditing new registrations.
Sorry about all these hoops to jump through, but I am quite serious about blocking spammers and scammers at the gate on this site and am doing the very best that I can to that effect. Trust me, I would rather be doing more interesting things with my time, and wouldn't be making this effort if I didn't think it was worthwhile.
I got two new corn snakes from Stephen Roylance at http://gutattus.com/. I ordered them back in February but the Illinois weather has been cold since then (we were still getting snow in March ). Before I introduce these two, I will mentions that all of my names are inspired by Horror movies/t.v. shows/characters.
Here is the first one, a male Carmel het Hypo, Lavender ph Amel Motley. His name is Gremlin from the movie series, Gremlins.
And the one I was most excited for, a female Amel Plasma (Amel, Diffused, Lavender). Her name is Pinhead from the movie series, Hellraiser. The first one is the photo I took (I couldn't get a good shot of her), and the second was the one Stephen Roylance took.
And here is the unboxing video
I would like to thank Stephen for being patient with shipping (the cold weather made me nervous) and for these beautiful snakes. ^.^
That first one really looks like a black rat to me. If not a black rat, then at least not a corn. Idk for sure though. I looked and saw that they also sell black rats.. It could have easily been a mix up. Just what I'm seeing.

It looks like a Caramel Cornsnake hatchling. I would not hesitate to say that it is one.
Head shape, pattern, and more (without going into it) are not right for a Black Ratsnake.
Maybe it's an older one. The eyes really don't look right to me, as well as the colors ar different from hatchlings. So if he is older he'll have the new colors and yellows starting to show up.

Black Rats do not have the arrow head marking on the head.
