Hello!
Either you have not registered on this site yet, or you are registered but have not logged in. In either case, you will not be able to use the full functionality of this site until you have registered, and then logged in after your registration has been approved.
Registration is FREE, so please register so you can participate instead of remaining a lurker....
Please note that the information requested during registration will be used to determine your legitimacy as a participant of this site. As such, any information you provide that is determined to be false, inaccurate, misleading, or highly suspicious will result in your registration being rejected. This is designed to try to discourage as much as possible those spammers and scammers that tend to plague sites of this nature, to the detriment of all the legitimate members trying to enjoy the features this site provides for them.
Of particular importance is the REQUIREMENT that you provide your REAL full name upon registering. Sorry, but this is not like other sites where anonymity is more the rule.
Also your TRUE location is important. If the location you enter in your profile field does not match the location of your registration IP address, then your registration will be rejected. As such, I strongly urge registrants to avoid using a VPN service to register, as they are often used by spammers and scammers, and as such will be blocked when discovered when auditing new registrations.
Sorry about all these hoops to jump through, but I am quite serious about blocking spammers and scammers at the gate on this site and am doing the very best that I can to that effect. Trust me, I would rather be doing more interesting things with my time, and wouldn't be making this effort if I didn't think it was worthwhile.

At least I think that is the reason but better people than me can correct as they see fit

On a ringer, the white "ring" can be a full, encircling, ring or a partial.
That snake looks like a ringer. Does not look Pied.
If Pied, I would expect that snake to have a "scewing", of pattern, (at least some) but it has absolutely none (except what is created by the ring). Also, a Pied will have a white belly but the OP has refused to post a belly shot when it was requested.

However to 100% determine a low-white piebald from a “ringer“, the smoking gun is always the belly. Piebalds have a pattern-free belly that is left pure white because saddles do not extend across the ventral scales. Interestingly, the bottom of the head is a combination of both pattern and the white from the belly and develops a distinctive “grey wash” that blends into the white ventral scales of the neck."
A good read for all those interested in pieds whether you agree or not.

Also, under the chin is a tell tale sign I believe. With that being said, What about this Low White. Pied or not? I am probably missing it but this does not appear to have any of the "pied" pattern either.

Very interesting stuff but think we are starting to stray off the original BOI topic a bit now, no need to labour this any more, just my thoughts

True enough but it does point to the OP potentially selling a misrepresented snake and is someone who will not prove it is a Pied (or, more likely, won't listen to others who say it's not a Pied but that it is, actually, a ringer).
Speaking of the topic ...
What good would it do, for V. Menna to file a claim, anyway?
Even if FedEx found on his side, all that would be refunded is the shipping cost.
Also, FedEx clearly states, in their policy/terms, that they will not cover live animals.
This being the case, what is the end goal, that the OP seeks, for V. Menna to file a claim? For something to bolster, to an "unknown entity", that the snake was lost? For something else?
OP claims to have police involvement. Was a police report taken? What was the name of the officer? Is the officer city or county?
....

Agreed on everything you say there Deb, I am fairly sure this BOI has run its course, I still see no real fault on the actions of Mr Menna although the op obviously thinks otherwise.

So now he is selling the snake for 600.00 on Craigslist's but 800.00 still on here? Man I hope no one gets ripped off.
