Ive been waiting since August 1st when these were laid knowing it would take forever but today when I opened up the container I found a nice early easter gift lol

These are worth the long wait for sure!

Howdy,

Great news! Keep us posted with how the rest are doing, more photos, and what you do to keep them thriving. I ran into a custmer at a reptile shop who was going to have his Veiled eggs popping soon and I offered to assist with raising a few to safe selling size if he got overrun in the meantime. I'd love to hear how things go for you.

Will do!

I bought quite a few 4 week old last spring and they are pretty easy, I start them out on fruit flies then move them up to 1/8 and 1/4 crickets as they grow. And mist them every 2 or 3 hour very lightly so they can drink often.

Ill take pics as more hatch and get some weights and other measurements as soon as this one is more settled in.

So far I have 3 (1 a day), they are coming out slowly but very nice, I can see tails in a few of the other eggs so Im sue they will be out soon.

They are all so far right at 2.75 inches including tail. Can't wait til the rest hatch and get them growing!

Thanks Dan, I have 4 now, looks like they are going to continue the 1 a day hatching which will take 65 days for all 65 eggs lol

But all 4 are nice little girls pounding down the fruit flies

When they are ready you are on the top of the list!
