I just finished up a transaction with Sean. He contacted me a while back about a BP I had for sale. He paid as soon as he said he would and seemed like a nice guy.

We did have a delay in shipping.
To make a long story short: The day we worked out for shipping, FedEx never came to pick up the snake from my house.
We had to schedule a new ship date and wait a bit longer to get him his new snake. Throughout all of this mess Sean was completely cool with everything. He never hassled me or asked for anything in return.

All around smooth transaction.

It was a very smooth transaction even with the delay. Ian and Amanda kept me informed of what was going on 24/7 and IMO communication is absolutely key in customer satisfaction.

They did a stellar job as far as customer service. The animals arrived in great condition packaged correctly w/ heat ect. Will defiantly do business again if they have any other creatures im craving!
