Hello!
Either you have not registered on this site yet, or you are registered but have not logged in. In either case, you will not be able to use the full functionality of this site until you have registered, and then logged in after your registration has been approved.
Registration is FREE, so please register so you can participate instead of remaining a lurker....
Please note that the information requested during registration will be used to determine your legitimacy as a participant of this site. As such, any information you provide that is determined to be false, inaccurate, misleading, or highly suspicious will result in your registration being rejected. This is designed to try to discourage as much as possible those spammers and scammers that tend to plague sites of this nature, to the detriment of all the legitimate members trying to enjoy the features this site provides for them.
Of particular importance is the REQUIREMENT that you provide your REAL full name upon registering. Sorry, but this is not like other sites where anonymity is more the rule.
Also your TRUE location is important. If the location you enter in your profile field does not match the location of your registration IP address, then your registration will be rejected. As such, I strongly urge registrants to avoid using a VPN service to register, as they are often used by spammers and scammers, and as such will be blocked when discovered when auditing new registrations.
Sorry about all these hoops to jump through, but I am quite serious about blocking spammers and scammers at the gate on this site and am doing the very best that I can to that effect. Trust me, I would rather be doing more interesting things with my time, and wouldn't be making this effort if I didn't think it was worthwhile.

Thomas, I feed my babies every 5-7 days. How is it the snake ate on Saturday, then you felt the need to tube-feed it the following day?

I'm sorry I should have worded that differently, attempting to open a snakes mouth is the hard part, whether inserting a tube or a drop of water.
This is what a snake looks like that has been shipped with a heat pack on it. You should know immediately:

It's not negligence. At the same time I got your snake I got many other different snakes. A pastel spector, a pastave, 2 albinos, and a lesser bee. All of them are doing fine in exactly the same type of rack system. 15q steralite. The snake you sold me is just messed up. It's very simple actually.

Well, I hate to say it, but I think a refund/credit/whatever your terms are, is in order as well as some modification to the wording of your guarantee. You guarantee'd the health of the animal for 30 days. It's no longer healthy within that time frame and the buyer is not satisfied. You set yourself up for this with the guarantee you offer. Even though I don't think you did anything wrong and I think the buyer likely caused the issues, you guarantee'd, in writing, health and satisfaction for 30 days.

Lets not miss the post here, as when snakes are over heated from shipping, they show signs of Neuro problems Instantly and tend to hug the water bowl or go into it and drink a lot.

Hey I am tired of repeating my self about the tube feeding. Getting a small about of water into a dying dehydrated snakes mouth is different then tube feeding. If you don't understand that I don't know what to tell you. You keep saying that to try and make me look bad. Don't breed spider to spider. I want my money back. Your snake sucks. Plain and simple. If I was aware that it was spider to spider I would not have gotten it.

I dont see him being responsible for it when been in his care for 2 weeks and ATE.
If the snake got over heated it was in his care after receiving it, otherwise he would of noticed this behavior right after opening the box and the nights to come.

Exactly. That's where I'd be hesitant. Just blindly issuing a refund wouldn't really be in anyone's best interests. Given how long, after arrival, that the snake was ostensibly OK; until a vet. shows that there was definitely a pre-existing condition, there's nothing remotely resembling solid evidence that this isn't a product of the buyer's care. A health guarantee is great, but it shouldn't be carte blanche for a buyer to expect the seller to fix their own mistakes.

A single drop of water is the reason the snake is still alive? C'mon, man. Like the snake supposedly being 110 degrees when it arrived, this makes me think that you're just making this up as you go along.
