Angry Underground chameleons

Likewise, I also have to give bad credit when it is due. I am very disappointed today with Underground Chameleons. I was told they were between 3-4 inches, I ordered 1 female and 3 males. I received 2 females and two males, one is sick with two eye infections and a lung infection because it was shipped in a bug poop covered container. He has been ignoring my messages and concerns and when he does answer he is just arguing with me. He has not offered any solutions what so ever to how he is going to fix my order. And completely in denial in spite of all of my pictures of evidence
Buyer BEWARE!!!!

Can you provide the emails between you that show all of this, and your vet report on the sick chameleon please?

So far, you have provided no proof of your order or that it needed to be fixed. Show the ad claiming the lizards were supposed to be 3-4 inches and your order for 3 males and one female.
Show your vet report detailing the alleged eye and lung infections (and a timeline, how long from the time they were received did they develop these alleged infections?Could they have developed because of your husbandry methods and have nothing to do with shipping?) Show you seller's replies.

Posting your evidence(and you say you have evidence, his replies to your messages, and I'm sure you have a copy of the ad you ordered from) is a way to give substance to your claims. It's worth the effort.

From what I can see from the photos nothing seems wrong with these animals.

Thanks Dan, for that info. Since Mr. Carrington has not been back, I assume the cham was not quite as ill as claimed. He also must be new to chams as it's very difficult to guarantee gender of a Panther that young.

That said, I agree those chams were to small. I presume the cham on the tape measure is the seller's photo. That thing is only 1" STV! Too small, too young to be sold, IMO.

I personally never purchased babies less than at least 4" STV.

I didn't realize that the chameleons were not the pygmy species. Yeah I agree it was too small. However you can't say that the one on the measuring tape is sold it might be him showing his babies progress.
