Hello!
Either you have not registered on this site yet, or you are registered but have not logged in. In either case, you will not be able to use the full functionality of this site until you have registered, and then logged in after your registration has been approved.
Registration is FREE, so please register so you can participate instead of remaining a lurker....
Please note that the information requested during registration will be used to determine your legitimacy as a participant of this site. As such, any information you provide that is determined to be false, inaccurate, misleading, or highly suspicious will result in your registration being rejected. This is designed to try to discourage as much as possible those spammers and scammers that tend to plague sites of this nature, to the detriment of all the legitimate members trying to enjoy the features this site provides for them.
Of particular importance is the REQUIREMENT that you provide your REAL full name upon registering. Sorry, but this is not like other sites where anonymity is more the rule.
Also your TRUE location is important. If the location you enter in your profile field does not match the location of your registration IP address, then your registration will be rejected. As such, I strongly urge registrants to avoid using a VPN service to register, as they are often used by spammers and scammers, and as such will be blocked when discovered when auditing new registrations.
Sorry about all these hoops to jump through, but I am quite serious about blocking spammers and scammers at the gate on this site and am doing the very best that I can to that effect. Trust me, I would rather be doing more interesting things with my time, and wouldn't be making this effort if I didn't think it was worthwhile.

Lesly Erin's Facebook page is active so we can assume she's not six feet under, though the LeslysGeckos Facebook page linked in the OP that was working a week ago is now kaput.
Considering that the "business" web site is still up, with Lesly's name, email address, phone number, and picture still on the Contact page, I have a hard time believing the "someone else took over" story. Usually when you take over a business you take over everything, you don't leave the prior owner's contact information on the web site.

Yes, I understand that but usually the customer puts out a warning when it first happens. So for her to say this now is just hilarious and they expect to get a refund? I do not condone what Lesly did but how are you going to pop back up in the sellers life from two years ago and demand a refund. That seems to me that this person truly did not care about this money if they let it slide for two years. If I were the seller I would not refund you after two years either.

There was not much to do in reality, when you tried contacting them via email, calls, emails.. Their facebook was inactive. I was not going to add her facebook to claim a refund, that was unprofessional, apart from that I never checked her real facebook. It doesn't matter whether she gave me a refund or not, at least a proper apology would of been acceptable. I only started looking into this once again because she became active again. Like I told the person behind the facebook it is a moral thing rather than a money thing. If she has the guts to come back to sell geckos after she scammed two so far known people, that just reflects on her as a person with very little morals. I made this overdue post solely to warn people and to documment this happening. She still technically owes me $210 even if it was 2 years ago. If she doesn't want to pay that's fine, let her live with it. You can never truly forget you were robbed money but there is no point in dragging a dead horse.

Thats not what it seems your whole entire thread is about money and how you told the "new owner" about the money so you did want the money. You stated it your self

Well of course, I paid $210 and nothing was delivered. I would not move mountains for the money, that's what I meant. The thread is mostly about how this person scammed me and another person. You say "after 2 years no refund", that makes little sense considering Lesly Erin dissapeared and despite my attempts to contact her she was truly gone. For beginners you wouldn't be in a position to refund someone 2 years later unless it was a special case. My thread has not been entirely about money however, money is part of the issue because that is what she stole, and as stated above she did this to another person. On top of everything I was patient and gave the person behind the facebook time to respond, I was interested in knowing what really happened, that was my first time buying geckos online and it wasn't a good experience.

Haha you are funny. If you owned a story and someone came to you asking for money or product from a incident 2 years ago what will you do? You would not give them anything because it was two years ago!

I'm not sure if you've read anything on the thread, this woman kept prolonging the shipping until it was out of paypal claim time, in addition to that i've read that paypal rarely accept claims when it comes to live reptiles.
