Bad Guy Glades Herp Farms/Florida (RobRoy MacInnes) - fraudulent behaviour

I has considered long whether I should take this step and has resolved me to undertake this step as the last extrajudicial attempt: I have sold in the year 2009 animals to Glades Herp to farm / Florida. I have concluded with the office worker Robbie Keszey in the name of RobRoy MacInnes a contract which I will still publish at this point.


My lawyer has written Glades Herp Farms the following letter, however, this was not accepted, but was sent back again



Since October, 2010 I wait in vain for the final payment of the in writing agreed sum. Mr. MacInne refuses wehemend to pay the remaining sum, hence, I have connected a sollicitor. The demand writing was not accepted by Mr. MacInne, it was sent back. One cannot send mail Mr. RobRoy MacInnes... He thinks, I am stupid and informs me on the email of way that he, should further ask I for my money, my money do not pay to me! I will obtain a judicial title against Glades Herp Farms with my sollicitor. Should animals of Glades appear here in Europe at the market, I will confiscate this. Of course I will also initiate other legal measures against Mr. MacInne, as for example the turning on of the American import authorities, because I have knowledge about the fact that taxes were evaded. Should somebody have a good wire to Glades, it lasts absolutely in terms of Mr. MacInne to point out him to this subject at this point! If you had to go, Mr. MacInne read this report, they sat down please with me under my email address: [email protected] in connection, so that no results disagreeable for you should come up to them. In Germany one calls such a behaviour fraudulent!

If you have a buyer at $5000.00 for each snake I will sell them. He can send you the money you want and the balance to me when he picks them up. I don’t understand how I will owe you money. Unless you are selling the snakes for less than you charged me.

I paid you for most of the snakes; nearly $25000.00 in cash and trade. This is far more than the snakes are worth. Please just be give me a little more time and I will send the balance.

Wow calling out the big guys, you have balls my friend. It looks to me like hes gonna start making payments on it. Just because you demand the money at one time, doesnt mean he just has it laying around to give to you.

If he started sometimes paying the money, we last 1 step farther. The money is due since October of the last year, it stands in the contract. He does not see this, however, apparently in such a way. How is this then in the United States? Pay I when I have sometimes goat on it?

They are more of an asset to the USA then you so I doubt this will have any influence plus I can barely understand what you are saying. Not trying to be rude. If this really did happen to you, I give you my sympothy but it wont stop me from giving them business.

Good luck on getting your money back Ben! Maybe asking for a few hundred euro here and there will be the start to complete repayment...?

If Glades Herps did not pay for the animals, then they have stolen those animals. If someone wants to say "I want to deal with theives" then it says a lot about that person.

Just because the guy is based in Germany is no reason not to pay him what is owed.

To the OP, I hope you get paid. ANything less is theiving.

I think Glades needs to pay according to the contract. As far as charging interest, if it isn't stated in the contract that interest will be charged for late payments, you really have no room to argue there. I hope you get all your money and if he doesn't have the money to pay you he should have never done the deal.
Another word of advice for Ben, DON'T SHIP UNTIL YOU GET PAYMENT IN FULL.

The OP should either get his money back, or get his animals. I'm afraid for you that you would still deal with someone in these conditions. If you buy something from them, and say you get a DOA, your going to have problems.

Because the contract was closed in Germany, German right is valid as a place of fulfilment....here in Germany I don´t need to write such explanations in the contract

I wouldn't export inland taipans, but I may buy some snakes that are more realistic.

I don't know if I missed it or not. How much was originally agreed on as payment and how much of that was paid?

$5500USD are still to be paid...

If the man has children and makes all of his business deductions correctly, then he should be getting right around that much money for his federal tax return.. That is not a whole lot of money owed compared to the entire amount originally agreed apon. Big guy or not, he agreed to pay a certain amount of money by a certain time. Agreed via contract. Therefore he should pay..

Customers from other countries are often the most profitable. By paying Benjamin, he could get good ratings overseas and end up selling/exporting more of his own animals.

I know our economy is bad right now but by not fulfilling this contract, he is making a bad business decision.

Sorry Ben, that really sucks. I think its pretty shitty for a company to purchase animals and then drag you along for a year and a half and not pay you. Hopefully you will get paid

Oh lord mr. carebear is here, notice how many views there are on this thread, and then notice how many people actually cared to team up on me because of my reply to an inquiry, I'm allowed to state what I want thats on my mind, so long as it's abiding by forum rules. I'm sure you are mr. perfect and would love to be some forum thread savior of this lost hobby of designer morphs and hybrids.
