Arizona Tropicals has established a relationship with Protean Terrarium Design and will now offer their complete line of terrariums. The reason for establishing this relationship is simple. Protean produces arguably the best tanks available to our hobby. If you haven’t had the opportunity to experience the craftsmanship that goes in to these tanks I implore you to do so. They are built in the USA using all domestic products and are constructed by hand to exacting standards. They truly are a work of art!
As with any new company, in this case Protean, there will be a certain level of growing pains involved. While that doesn’t excuse certain actions, it does explain how they can occur. That is the basis for our relationship, to remove the retail element from the artists and allow them to continue to create amazing works of art. There are multiple elements of management when it comes to business and the goal is to focus on your strengths and hopefully in doing so those strengths outweigh the weaknesses. For some, that may or may not have happened. Our goal at Arizona Tropicals is to alleviate the areas that are counterproductive to both the artists and the customers and bridge the gap that can exists between them allowing the free flow of creative ideas and construction while providing consumers with the very best level of customer service possible.
In short, we will handle the ordering and customer service aspect of the transaction, while allowing the artists at Protean to continue building class leading terrariums for our hobby. By removing the front end responsibilities Protean will be allowed to focus on their strengths, spend less time dealing with orders and in effect produce their products in a more specific timeframe. We believe that we can help provide an amazing product to the dart frog community while maintaining the very highest level of service along the way. More importantly, we believe moving forward, that we can eliminate any negative experiences you may have had or read about in the past and provide you with an amazing product. We believe we can create positive experiences 100% of the time. We will strive to under promise and over deliver.
