• All animals are shipped via FedEx Priority Overnight. All guarantees are void if someone is not there to accept delivery at time of arrival. Please contact us immediately if you suspect a problem with your animal(s). We ship Monday – Thursday for next day arrival. Shipping costs for animals and/or dry goods, are non-refundable.

• Live Arrival Guarantee: All DOA claims must be made within 24 hours of arrival. In order to obtain credit, you must save the animal's body for further instructions. We are not responsible for DOA or damaged animals due to delays in delivery or carrier errors, you may opt to purchase additional insurance for this.
DOA's will be replaced with the same type of animal or an animal of equal value if available (new shipping charges to be covered by the customer).
• Orders will be confirmed prior to shipping. We do not guarantee live arrival if temperatures are below 30F or above 90F.
• We can not guarantee the sex of any species. Some species are difficult to determine when young. By the time most of our animals are ready for new homes we are able to sex them with nearly 100% accuracy.
