Shipping

Shipping is a flat rate of $50. No additional shipping cost for multiple reptiles.

We ship using FedEx priority overnight services Monday-Thursday with delivery Tuesday-Friday. Someone over the age of 18 must be available at the time of delivery to receive and sign for the package.

Weather permitting shipping is done Monday through Thursday only. Temperature has to be between 38°F & 98°F. Live animals may have to be delivered to a Fedex staffed facility when temperatures are over 92°F.

Live animals are dropped off directly to the FedEx airport location. Delivery is normally by 10:30 AM but in some outlying areas Priority Overnight packages are delivered by the end of the day

Payment

We accept PayPal, Credit card, money order and checks. All funds will have to clear before the snake will ship.

Payment plans are available and must be agreed to beforehand. A non-refundable, 10% ($50 minimum) deposit will hold any animal for 30 days.

No animal is considered sold until payment is received.

Payment plans are not available on sales or specials unless noted otherwise.

Terms and conditions

All animals will be healthy & parasite free. Any issues must be reported within 1 hour of package being signed for unless otherwise noted.

Animals are guaranteed to be properly sexed and as described. Genetics are guaranteed for life. Sex must be verified within 30 days of delivery. Leopard Geckos will be sold as Temperature Sexed until they have reached a weight of at least 25grams at which point the sex of the animal will be guaranteed.We incubate our Leopard Gecko females at 82 degrees and Leopard Gecko males at 89 degrees. We have had great success with determining the sex of our Leopard Gecko hatchlings using our current incubation methods.

Live arrival is guaranteed, Package must be signed for on first delivery attempt or guarantee is void.
