PAYMENT: Pay Pal* – Cashier’s Check or Money Order. PACKING: We use Styrofoam insulated reptile shipping boxes and add heat and cold packs when needed. GUARANTEE: Live arrival is guaranteed on all animals. The buyer must be present to sign for/receive the package on the first delivery attempt. If an animal is dead or sick on arrival, the customer must notify us within of arrival and any deceased animals kept for further instructions and pictures for verification. The time will be determined by the receipt time-shipper made attempt to deliver, which is tracked online of the delivery.
