• Responding to email notices you receive.

    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Identify???

hey guys.... newby to the snake world here (be gentle) ...

I was going to say Miami phase but that was already taken :)... then I thought Crimson (does that sound right?) but then i was looking around the net the other day and saw something called a Tequila Sunrise Project corn?!?!?! It had that vivid yellow on the head area ...

I remember reading that they wasn't sure the background of the snake but nomatter what the color variation produced they always showed that nice yellow color on the head....

I dont know alot about the genetics and stuff yet but maybe something like that?

Hey DAND,

I have a male with the exact same colors. The browns seem to be the major color, with no hint of red. Yellows and beiges mixed in. I'll have to go take a pic and post it (if I can figure that part out).

Mike

Well that didn't work, but the link does take you to the picture.

tai pan1 - Your snake looks like a normal to me. And DAND, if yours looks like it too, than it is probably a normal also. The pic you posted looks like it could be an amber, but that may be the pic or my computer. I can see a definate difference between your snake and tai pan's.

Many normal corns just don't show as much red as others...they tend to be more orange/yellow/brown like this one...

I call him a normal, but he definitely looks "Different". All his colors are brown based. I just fed them all, but if I can, I'll take a pic of him tomorrow together with a normal female and you'll see an obvious difference.
