I ship using Styrofoam insulated reptile shipping boxes cold and heat packs when needed! I ship ups next day over night usually by 10:30. If you live in a rural area it could be next day by end of day. If by chance you have a DOA, dead on a rival. Which rarely ever happens! I offer a store credit and shipping has to be paid on the replacement reptile by the customer. I need to be notified within an hour after delivery and photo has to be taken of the animal with the shipping label! No picture no exchange! No exceptions!
