    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Ok well lets start this off by asking if people think Rich Z AKA Webslave is a fair even ethical man that does no wrong and doesnt underhand people for donations , paying to view things then setting the rules back ( when the vague rules cant be found much less upheld evenly to all members )


So let me ask you this In the Kingsnake Vs Fauna classifieds lawsuit was rich Z responsible for his loosing the lawsuit to Jeff B for using the website name "kingsnakes.com to draw traffic from jeffs site as a redirect to faunaclassifieds.com ....??

Did Rich Z mislead people by inflating the member base of this website to then draw in new mmbers having them pay him for services and then change the services over 1/2 a dozen times along the way ??

Does rich Z use peoples personal PM's and other items against them when they disagree with him or may have some unflattering comments to be made ? does Rich Z shelter loosewheel from any subjective comments like a 5yr old ???

Rich & Lucille want to post things in peoples posts that have no reason being there and have never done business with them fine its a 4 lane highway ... and it just got smaller .
 
Why don't you stop dragging this along and get on with your bad guy post about Rich.
 
Yes, Allen, some of us remember the whole story.
Adam Block AKA the ghost AKA blah blah blah. posted an ad on kingsnake soliciting $$ for information on how to obtain many items from distributors and manufacturers thereby cutting out many of the advertisers on kingsnake who complained to Jeff B. Jeff had Adams ads canceled, Adam complained and Jeff canceled Adams account. Adam was quite upset and posted some nasty stuff here about Jeff B. and Kingsnake, Jeff got wind of it and demanded that Rich Z. delete all of the inflammatory remarks about Kingsnake, Rich did not feel that Jeff should have control over Fauna and refused Jeffs demand at which point Jeff canceled all of Rich's accounts on Kingsnake and created quite a bit of animosity.

Much later the "kingsnakes" stuff started and you, being a man of great integrity took information you obtained while being a moderator here on Fauna and tried to offer it to Jeff to use in a lawsuit against Rich, you were looking to get even with Rich and some of the moderators here because they called you a "crybaby" and it hurt your feelings, you were also looking to further your self financially. Jeff did not need your "help" and your info. had no value to him. When Rich found out what you tried to do he banned you for life, why he let you back I have no idea, but he obviously has much more integrity than you do. IMO.
 
One minor detail here. Alan was NOT banned for life. He was fined $10 and suspended. He paid his fine to come back.

Secondly, Alan's animosity has resulted from what appears to be an insigificant issue. At one time I had him as a moderator on the Chat board. After complaints from several people that he was merely using the chat for his own self promotion and causing some difficulties with other members there, I had a talk with him online within the chat system to try to straighten things out. Alan refused to comply with my request to tone down the self promotion and to not abuse his powers as a moderator in the chat against other members. At which time, I then removed him from being a moderator on the chat.

Later on, apparently in spite, Alan proceeded to go through his posts on the discussion forums systematically editing out all of the content. At which point, once discovered, I then stupidly tried to avoid banning him by putting him into a separate member group whereby he was simply blocked from editing his posts, with all other functions intact. Apparently at that time I inadvertently allowed him access to the private moderator's forum on this site. No big deal,but apparently Alan has made a big deal out of this liberty. I do not believe there was anything in there of any such nature that would be damaging to me, because I certainly would not discuss something of that nature even with my own moderators, but based on the past history of Alan, I would not put it past him to have edited such text to suit his own desires. In my opinion, Alan holds a mega sized grudge against me for no other apparent reason then I simply removed him from being a moderator in the Chat board. Go figure...... :nuts:

Casey with due respect to you .. you have no idea what your talking about on the last parts of your post . Soon as i can get the info back together i will be making a post that will show the Webslaves TRUE intentions over the domain name kingsnakes.com ... While you must still not be able to comprehend the entirety of the post made , you must not have ever said something joking to a group of people to have others look at it and then miscinstrue the words of a conversation they were not part of ???

yeah i was a moderator OF CHAT lol , i had no acces to any level of moding other then CHAT!!!

Rich got mad because i was voicing my thought of the Dr.Owens mod because he used and uses his powers to moderate people he doesnt like or whom he chooses to ( aka selective moderation) ask ANYONE people know how he plays mod. Rich and i did talk about it nd that was no biggies i wasnt sore about being called a cry baby i have been call worse lol comming from owens it slid off the heel of my shoe. as for deleting my posts i felt and feel its the right of ANYONE who chooses to delete there posts ( thats why the delete post function is available or was right ???? so Rich wadded his panties and banned me ... no biggie ,

Rich then tried to post he thread of them talking about my issue as the reason i did what i did . WRONG AGAIN RICH it was your lying to EVERYONE to RALLEYthem behind you in the lawsuit from kingsnake.com ... Remeber you lead people to beleive you were being picked on by big bad KS ...??? remember ? well I helped you out on that to by speninding many hrs looking up trademark laws .. remember that rich ?? yeah i do and unless that thread you started is gone its in there might take a week to go through that thread to get he specifics but its there ( unless it was deleted after the lawsuit settlement) but hey thats ok to ill find it dont worry

Randall I am trying to see all sides but am having difficulty understanding your post. So far here is what I understand: Roger Jolly initiated this thread by posting an email sent to him by some unnamed source. The first paragraph has an accounting of a telephone conversation between Alan and Jeff in which Alan talks about how if the damages of the lawsuit are realized in full, most likely it would lead to financial ruin and Fauna having to shut down. Then the email proceeds to the section about how, in return for various consideration, Alan would provide information to help this total ruin of Fauna take place.
On page 7 of this thread Alan CORROBORATES this email and further states he sent it because he was pissed. No joke is mentioned and before your post no levity is mentioned anywhere.
What does your post mean?

Well first of all i started a thread because i have the right to don't i ? I am in the process of working on getting the Admin forums posts hosted my site so they cant be removed when posted , As far as the thread on the kingsnake lawsuit ... well thats something I'm not to concerned with at the present because it can be searched and personally I'm not going to waste days of my time looking through archives from two yrs ago to find them it can be found but i have things to do next week with my son that will not include power , phones or internet but some camping , camp fires and river riding ... soon as i get the posts and Screen shots loaded ill post them dont fret, and when i do ill be retiring for the evening to watch some movies with my son . ( i have a life other then the BOI)

you worried Rich ??? thought you didn't do anything wrong ? I told you when i cam back in and that baboon loosewheel started posting her bullshit in a post she had no business in spouting about . I told you then as long as the wolf pack didn't come my way id keep quiet remember that ( check your emails and post them ya like posting stuff) i would but my old PC crashed and cant access those emails from more then 60 days ago . I told ya what i wouldn't do as long as the dogs didnt come trying to corner me for some shit that they didn't know about . Well you can thank the "Facilitator for the post hat are comming or you can ban me first which ever you choose to do .. you were told what i would do. so i am a man of my word ....
