    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I have used this guy a number of times with no problms...but now....
I placed an order on July 2, paid for it and never recieved anything.
I try to call and only get an operator who is willing to take my new order, but cannot assist me with any standing ones. I call the "help" line and always get a machine (never get a call back)...never a person. I emailed them with no reponses either.
I try and track it and get this:

Order Status : Order Received. Processing

Any thoughts?
 
Wormman is hit or miss - no in between

There are 10-15 other threads on wormman in the BOI and these posts should be in one of those, but it seems to be either hit or miss with Ken. My dealings with him were a miss, as were many others; I will never order from them again and tell people not to even bother with him if I am asked.

Do a search and you'll read the same reports from the beginning; too many bad ones to make even the ones that are good mean much. He needs to find another line of business, he's just not cutting it in this one.
 
it's a shame denise-- because I started a thread here that said the opposite not too long ago....he was always dependable until now --at this house anyway.
I am going back to reptilefood.com.

I have tried lots of places and I always end up back at Reptilefood.com. The main reason is they are extremely reliable. Any time I have had a problem with an order, they have more than enough made up for it, and having a problem with them, for me, is rare. When we were in NY we would even get our order shipped 2 day and recieve it in 1 day. Granted they are not the best at answering questions, but if I ever had a problem they fixed it in a heartbeat.
