    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Not only did they have the best price on a fixture with 7% UVB PC bulbs but the shipping was super fast and the packaging was excellent.
I ordered it on Sunday night, used regular shipping as the option, and it arrived today.
Great prices, fast shipping, and excellent products. Can't go wrong.
 
I LOVE reptilesupplie.com they have the BEST prices on everything I have bought from them. I have ordered from them 3 times twice I recieved my merchandise with in 2 days! The other time the Postal Service was slow to deliver so I called and they were all over it. THey found out where the box was and when It would get to me. GREAT customer service. GREAT prices. I feel like a walking comercial but really you cant go wrong ordering from them.
 
Great people...glad they're sorta local to me...i can order ground and have it the next day...they're on top of things. i will be doing more business with them !
 
I have to agree with the majority so far. Last year, I had quick need of multiples of one particular product. I ordered several of that product from another well-known major supplier, paid online with the order and got an immediate email response with the expected ship date. When that ship date came and went and my email inquiries went unanswered, I ordered the remainder needed from Reptile Supply, at a lower over-all cost, and received my order from Reptile Supply 7 full days before my original order from the "other" supplier finally arrived. Reptile Supply got my biz from then on.
 
I had a good experience with these guys as well. I ordered a 6 piece set of sexing probes and a pair of feeding tongs. The order came quickly and was packaged well, however I noticed that the probe set had two duplicate probes instead of the two wire probes I needed for my younger snakes. I sent them an e-mail asking how I could go about exchanging the set, as it says in their customer service guarantee that refunds or exchanges need to be shipped back. Well instead of making me go through all that they just sent me a three piece wire probe set free of charge. I was very impressed by the lack of run around, just straight up good customer service! I would buy from them again, no problem.
 
I order through Reptile Supply all the time. Order arrives within 3 days, product is what I ordered, and prices including shipping is cheaper than pet stores. I have no issues with Reptile Supply at all.
