    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

You bet he is :yesnod: - I made a post Friday night about a thermostat issue I was having while trying to hook up a 2nd rack to it - The thermostat wigged out and the problem was never resolved - I left only one rack hooked up to it, and awoke Saturday morning to find that the thermostat failed overnight and shut down - luckily I had a few cheap ESU's for backup.

I tried e-mailing 5 different vendors on Saturday morning to check availability on purchasing a new thermostat, however got no replies except for that of Casey Hulse.

He stated that he had 3 in stock, however they were spoken for - He also stated that he had a some being shipped to him on Monday, and that he could make arrangements for one of them to be shipped to me directly. I agreed and paid him the money for the thermostat.

I since have received 2 copies of e-mails from Casey - one being that he requested that one of his thermostats he ordered be directly dropshipped to my address, and another confirmation from Helix that it would happen Monday.

Now I realize that not all vendors operate 7 days a week, and may have a life besides work, however it's nice to know that some such as Casey will step up to the plate and go out of their way to help you out on the weekend when you are in a crunch - He will definately be getting more business from me :yesnod:

Way to make it happen man :thumbsup: :thumbsup:

I have purchased three large digital incubators from Casey. All with the Helix DBS-1000 thermostats. Very excellent products and fine service.

If said it before in other threads on Casey and Darla but I'll happily say it again in this one. They are quality people and represent the best of our industry as far as my husband and I are concerned. We've had the pleasure of speaking with them both at the Taylor, MI show and they are straight up nice folks, very professional, friendly and helpful. It doesn't surprise me at all that they would go out of their way to help you with the t-stat issue as they did that for us this year when they stepped up to help ship a rescue/rehabbed BCI that we needed to get to Texas to it's forever home. It's always nice to see a business run in a way that goes beyond just the bottom line buck isn't it. :)
 
Incubators

Received an incubator from Casey yesterday - Nice stuff - Fed-Ex on the other hand delivered to the wrong address, and some nice lady called me and said "I think I have your snake cage at my house" lol - But we all know Fed-Ex now don't we...

I just received my incubator today from Casey after ordering it last Friday. Told me then it would be maybe 2 weeks till I got it. Here it is now not even a week since ordered!!!! It looks awesome!!! I and can't wait to put eggs in it!!!! Very nice incubator!!!! Great communication!!! Very Nice people to deal with :thumbsup:
 
Good Guy and Gal for Sure!!!

This is my first time posting to the reptiles and amphibians business forum. I have known Casey and Darla Hulse for a while now and I have to say that in these past few years in doing business with them there has never been a time when I have doubted their honesty. They have always been a big help to me if I needed some information about an animal. You will never find anyone as caring and honest as these two people who many times put others before themselves. If there are any questions about anything Casey will do what he needs to do to make it right and in a kind and considerate manner. You may think that I have been paid to write all of this but if you don't believe what I am saying then all you have to do is give them a try and you too will be writing a page of praises for these two outstanding human beings.
In todays world everything is all about money and greed and people trying to benefit from someone else and in doing so they will go to whatever lengths to achieve that goal no matter who they run over or ruin in the process. Well Casey or Darla have never run anyone down to get to the top where there are today. They are there because of the high standards they have set for them selves in order to make their customers happy and the hard work that it takes to keep the quality of their products superior and the health of their animals their number one priority . If there was a 2009 award for a Herpetological business with the satisfaction of their customers being their number one priority ... Natures Spirit Reptiles would take it without any question at all... Thank you Casey and Darla for being the fantastic considerate people that you are...
 
I purchased an albino male ball and a 100% het female from Casey and everything went GREAT! The snakes arrived packed with care and they both are feeding well on rat pups within a day of arrival!I will purchase from him again in the future.Definate GOOD GUY!
 
I purchased a pied ball python from Casey at a reptile show. I couldn't be happier, the snake is healthy and eats like a champ. Casey has been very helpful with answering my questions. I highly recommend Casey and NSR.
 
Casey is awesome to deal with! He's one of the most honest people I've ever dealt with,a true professional in the business!
