Need some help on an eye infection,,,

Ok got this girl the other day in a trade and was planning on selling the ones I didnt want.. Well this little girl has an eye infection.. I have a vet appointment this coming tuesday but woudl liek to start come kind of treatment now.. Any info or links to meds to buy w9uld be appricated .. Thanks,
