I like the way this turned out.

Nikon D7000
Nikkor 35mm lens/UV Filter
ISO 1000
F16
Auto White Balance

This is the first time shooting with the UV filter.

Criticism and suggestions welcome.

great picture Kelli, and beautiful dragon. I really need to pull out my camera and learn how to use it. I might have to break the man code and read the instructions!

What a fantastic shot!

Nice shot and dragon!

I don't know what your shutter speed was and obviously it was high enough since nothing is moving. Your f-stop though may not need to be that high - which would allow you to also bring down your ISO. Cameras are getting more advanced with higher ISOs, but it is never bad practice to stay a lower ISO if you can and still get the shot. That would also leave room to lighten it a bit more (or edit it that way) as it appears just a touch dark. How much I have no idea because the only computer with internet has a horrible monitor.
