Posted At 22:25:35 02/22/2001 My albino CalKing will arrive tomorrow, but thus far Joe has been excellent to deal with. If the snake is as good as the service, then I would not hesitate to recommend him. I wanted the snake shipped Delta Dash in order to get a half a day of travel. He suggested not as Newark has crappy service but agreed to it at my persistence. I should have listened. He emailed me in the middle of the night when he returned from the airport - with my snake. It turns out that Delta wouldn't hold it in their office for any length of time after spending the time to go down there and complete all of th paperwork. They wanted to put it on the runway in an open, non-heated trailer. So, he brought her home and waited to hear what I wanted to do next. I selected another shipper (listening to his advice this time) and she is on her way. Also, Joe was very prompt at responding to my emails and was very patient with my numerous questions. I work in a saltwater aquarium store that prides itself on superior customer service. For me to say the same about Joe is truly a complement. |
