I ordered a bunch of stuff from the Bean Farm in December, and when it arrived I simply did a cursory check for everything, and grabbed the critical things out of the box. Well, about 2 days ago I really needed one of the heat lights I had ordered, and I went through the box--the hoods, guards, and clamps were there, but no ceramic base parts. Damn. So, I called them up, not really expecting anything to happen, since it was my own damn fault for not checking my order back when I got it. Although it was more than a month later than my order, they cheerfully said they would send the missing parts out that day, and I would get them in 2 days. Sure enough, I got them this morning! Many kudos to The Bean Farm! |

Posted At 08:42:03 02/09/2001 I have also delt with the Bean Farm on a couple of seperate occasions and I found nothing but polite, kind and very nice people to deal with and they took time to answer some questions for me. They are real down to earth people. Would highly recommend them to people. |

Posted At 13:24:17 02/09/2001 I purchased heat tape from the bean farm a while back, and they accidentally forgot to include the instructions with it to assemble it.I called them and they sent me out a copy, and I recieved it 2 days later.Nothing but good things to say for them. Mickey |

Posted At 16:24:36 02/09/2001 Every time I've contacted the Bean Farm, they have always been extremely responsive. I recently ordered a RayTek gun & Paula called me back to let me know that it may take a couple of extra days since they were back ordered & waiting for their delivery. Most companies I've dealt with have not had the courtesy to call & let me know a product was backordered after I'd placed my order, so the fact that the Bean Farm was willing to go the extra mile really says a lot to me. Every order I've received from them has been perfect - arrived on time, packed well, all parts were there, etc. I can't say enough good things about them! They are definitely on my "A list." KLG |

Posted At 21:22:42 02/12/2001 I can echo that. Their customer service was top notch and all my merchandise arrived quickly and in perfect condition. I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again. |

Posted At 12:18:08 02/22/2001 I had the same issue as Mickey, they forgot to include the heat tape instructions. I called them back, and they faxed me a copy within an hour. I also recieved a copy in the mail a couple of days later. Excelent products, prompt delivery and great service! Highly Recomended |
