Has anyone had any good or bad experiances with Ray Robinson of Living Proof? I ordered a snake from him and so far have yet to recive it and its a day over due. Shannon |

Posted At 16:46:26 10/29/2000 I have done bussiness with him , The leopard geckos I got from him in a trade came right on schedule . But all died within a 2 month period . |

Posted At 17:25:47 10/29/2000 Yikes.. did he offer any refund/exchange? He told me he was sending my snake overnight and thats what I payed for. After calling around all day yesterday and today it turned out he sent it 2 day instead, but he says he didn't. So far no one can track my snake! All he can say is I told u if you send snakes on fridays they never make it on time. I've had all my snakes send on Fridays and all were here Saturday morning. Shannon |

Posted At 17:40:07 10/29/2000 I offered to buy some geckos from him emailed saying I'd buy all 3 then he emailed back saying he decided to double the price becuse he thought he priced them too low - needless to say I didn't buy his melenistic geckos and to this day he has yet to sell them at his ridiculously raised price |

Posted At 09:21:07 10/31/2000 Shannon it depends on who you ship with when shipping on fridays, I used to work for UPS and they are very unreliable with saturday deliveries, I would get them shipped earlier in the week, if the boxes dont have huge stickers that say Saturday delivery often they are mistaken as a regular package by the shipper and evan sometimes when they do have that sticker they are over looked because the crew that handles everything over the weekand is a skeleton crew and also not the regular crew that handles things during the week, normally they could care less because with UPS people were vollentered to work the weekand and just wanted to get out and go home, I dont know what shipper was used but would assume it would be the same with all shippers, I also I have no idea who Ray is have never talked to him or anything, but just figured share my experiance about shipping, so it could be his fault but could be the shipper I would recomend getting things during the week, Just my 2 cents, Jason |

Posted At 09:12:07 11/05/2000 My only experience with Ray was a good one. He sold me a pair of fantastic Dumeral Boas that were everything he said they'd be. Were your animals shipped USPS, they don't have next day shipping, at least in my area. Good luck with your new pet. |
