Hello fellow herpers, well I wish I could say Im on here for a positive note however this is not the case. You see about 4 months or so ago I purchased a sub adult Anery Boa off of Larry Jannet (LJ Reptiles) I sent him the money and he recievced it ok. All of a sudden he was to busy to ship the snake and to take my calls. The fact that he is deaf and requires a phone service for contact didnt make it any easier for me to contact him. Its been nearly 4 months since I sent the money and I have not heard from him. He refuses to respond to my e-mails and my calls. I leave numerous messages weekly with a lady that lives with him and still no response. I have filed a formal complaint with the US Post Office, and I have talked to federal agents about the situation. The FBI informs me that he can be charged with Federal Mail Fraud, and Grand Theft, both are felonies! I am posting this to warn fellow herpers of Larry Jannets deviance and to be wary of him if he ever decides to post anything for sale on Kingsnake. I am proceeding to press these charges with the FBI. It is an inconveinance, however it is all based on principal. Thanks for your time...and watch out for this (Bad Guy)....Mike~ G.O.E.H. |
