Rob at Polar Rodents finally got in touch with me and has made good on the unsatisfactory shipment of rats mentioned in my previous posting. The replacement shipment was packed and sized better and arrived in two days via UPS as opposed to the initial shipment which took 3 days via mail. Thanks for making things right, Rob. |
