I received a order of mice from Polar Rodents today. They where what I ordered and packaged properly. In talking to Rob of Polar he told me if I had any problems with my order he would make it good. There was no need for that but it's nice to know they stand behind their product. Rob and Susan are good guys. I recommend them. |

When I received my first order from Polar most had thawed due to circumstances beyond myself or Polar's control. When I contacted Susan in regards to my dilemma she was courteous and immediately replaced my previous order free of charge. very good business. |
