Alan and Billie from HRBC are great to do business with. Last January I ordered a Hypo-Tangerine female sub-adult Leo and she was shipped to my post office. I made an error in my phone number, and they went out of their way to work with the postmaster to get ahold of me to come pick her up. She arrived safe, warm and was much more beautiful than the picture on their website. I inquired about 2 others yesterday, but ordered the wrong male via their website. They contacted me by 7:00 PST this morning to verify if the male I ordered was indeed the one I wanted. Had they not done this, I would have received the wrong male, and my error would have caused undue stress on the Leo from shipping and being shipped back, and confusion and inconvenience from an incorrect order. Their customer service and the quality of their animals is superior, and their prices are very reasonable. |

2209.html Posted At 09:57:11 04/03/2001 Hey Marcia, I just wanted to tell you something about Billie. She was the very first breeder I talked to about leos when I got Roman over 2 1/2 years ago. I had many questions that were not in any of the books I got regarding behavior and we talked on the phone for over an hour. You can tell that they care deeply for their animals, she talked almost affectionately about her geckos. I know I have not ordered from them (I'm in Canada) but if I were to recommend a breeder, these guys would be on top of my list with of course a few you already know of! Anyone who takes the time to give their educated husbandry techniques for that long with someone out of the blue is in my good books!!! I am very happy things went so well :) Trace |
