2812.html Posted At 15:14:21 04/21/2001 Well, for one thing, I can tell you that in the case of John Payseng, he does a lot of his advertising on the Herpauction. I know for a fact that he and Rik Barker are friends, and that Rik has deleted emails of people who have bought from John on the HerpAuction and have posted negative ratings. i have received emails from people complaining about this practice, but to this point, I have not heard from Rik. Now, I am all for friendship, but not when people are being ripped off and nothing is being done about it. Rik deleted some of my posts and I will give the devil his due when I say that my dealings with payseng were not completed over the HerpAuction and I therefore had no right to post bad about him. but as I explained to Rik in an email, sometimes we must consider the greater good and what is good for people on a whole, than trying to protect the reputation of a thief like john Payseng, and what it may do to his friendship with John. to date I have not gotten a response from Rik. I do not think I wil either. |

2820.html Posted At 19:25:36 04/21/2001 Well the person that may have ripped me off advertises on Kingsnake.com. I say may, because he's still supposed to send me another snake. The one he sent was DOA. It's been a month. He's got my money and I've got a dead snake. What's really upsetting is that he's supposed to be a "Good Guy" according to posts on the Board of Inquiry. I guess all "Good Guys" aren't all that good. For now I guess all I can do is wait. Heather Scott |
