Victor Ezier at 259 Ridgecrest Ave. Staten Island NY 10312, he has multiple screen names, but on me recently he has used VnR reptiles. i sent him out 10 collard lizards in trade for a dumerils boa. he first asked me to ship first, which i never do in a trade, and suggested that we ship at the same time, he agreed. i then shipped the lizards, later that day he contacted me to tell me that he didn't get around to shipping the snake because of working too late, later on in the conversation he told me that it was because a family friend died that night.(now i don't know if that was true or not, and i am not calling anyone a liar, but i have literally heard that very same excuse over 4 times in the last month) he then told me that he would ship the snake when he recieved the lizards, he had no intention of shipping the same day. i then gave him the tracking # for the lizards, he checked it out and it said that there wasn't a record of that # yet. he then accused me of not shipping the lizards. when in fact it was just too early, the package was shipped only hours before he checked, and it had not been tracked yet. today he rechecked the # and it said when it was accepted and that it was in route to it's delivery destination. he then contacted me and said that if it said that it was in route to New york that he would ship the snake, but it didn't. he then proceded to tell me that i was a jerk and why should he even send me the snake at all. unfortunately i am just writing this off as a learning expirence, and a bad one at that. i strongly encourage anyone thinking to do business with this little kid to think again, for i fear it would only end with you getting screwed. thanks Ryan Cocchiara |
