This is regarding the post that Tim Rainwater made regarding refunds for prepaid animals and his Rainwater Club Membership refund requests.... he posted on the kingsnake Gecko forum about this if people do not recall.... I couriered via FedEx to be received by the deadline a formal letter with request for my refund, photocopies of my membership I requested a refund for. Let me explain that it cost me $30 just to COURIER this letter (I live in Canada)!!! Well, I think you know what has happened so far... NOTHING. I need to know, has ANYONE received their refund yet? Please let me know!!! Since he had left no phone number for contact on that post I have no way to contact him. It isn't a ton of money but I am quite bummed out about this and feel ripped off yet again..... :( Trace |

3284.html Posted At 12:40:16 05/12/2001 I too sent off for a refund. He hasn't replied as of yet, but he may have many refunds to make. I sent off for a refund on my son's club membership. I don't know how long it will take, but I'm figuring it could take up to a year. I did think that he would have emailed or something though. It hasn't been that long since the deadling passed, so he could still be in the process of sending them. I saw the post on the kingsnake.com cornsnake forum. He stated there that refunds might have to be made in payments. His not sending the refunds yet could be as simple as a cash flow problem. So don't get too bummed out you still may be getting a refund. Why else would he have posted in the first place. I know we're still hopeful it will eventually arrive. Linda Demadura |

We have a good sized credit for a snake (that we loved dearly- long story), and now we neither have our corn snake nor the money we were entitled to for him taking our snake. How can I get info on this??? |
