This guy "Brian Conley" sends me 5 blood pythons 4 die 1 lives. I owed him $150 I refused, and still refuse to pay him. END OF MY DEALS WITH THIS GUY! I was screwed by him. I don't have the time he dose to post a bunch of adds as I don't believe this is the way to be warned about good or bad herpers. I have found myself on this page, and others by 4 guys. In the last 7 years iv busted my ass to make good on all debts. To treat everyone the way I want to be treated. I have had a good strong reputation for the whole of 7 years. That is 1000's of deals, and 100's of people. To worried about these 4 and to loss sleep or business because of them, it is not going to happen. However there are these 4, one of which I cleared up (Jordan Russell) The other three will rot before I give them the time of day. As I was the one screwed by them. All I can say is there is two sides to everything and on this page I think, at least sometimes, any ways you only see one side. 3655.html Posted At 16:41:35 05/24/2001 Well, well, well, he's back folks. Dan's right I did send him 5 bloods which he accepted and argeed to send me 3 female burms in return. Dan's most valuable burm suddenly became "to sick to ship" hours after he recieved my snakes (he made me ship first). Dan shipped (poorly) 2 burms and agreed to make up the diffence in cash, $350. He then strung me along for months, with sob stories about his back, his being out of work, and his family problems. Finally, he said, "The check is in the mail." Well guess what, it wasn't. Then Dan said he Western Unioned the money. Well guess what, he didn't. But don't worry folks Dan says he wasn't really lying to me, he was just "biding time." After waiting 2 months and running around looking for money that wasn't there Dan finally came through w/ $150 of the $350 he owed me. I was nice and told Dan "pay the rest when you can, just be straight w/ me from now on." Well guess what, he wasn't. After having my snakes for 3, three, III, the square root of nine, one less than 4, one more than 2, MONTHS, Dan contacts me and says, " I sold your snakes to one of my buddies and some of them died, what do you want to do about it?!!!!!!!!!" That was the end of me being nice. Dan still has not provided any proof the animals are dead, NONE! Not that it matters at this point or at any point as I was never paid for the snakes he kept and then sold and still didn't pay for. If anyone would like more info please feel free to contact me. I will be glad to email you the complete report as filed w/ the FBI and Kingsnake.com. It's great stuff. It has all of Dan's emails and the lies just keep coming and coming and coming. 3735.html Posted At 20:55:43 05/25/2001 For some reason Mr. Dan decided it was necessary to email me telling how bad Brian Conley is, oddly enough Dan even admits in his post that there are at least 4 other individuals he is in debt to ???? Sounds very strange to me, needless to say not someone I would trust I mean come on, he had the bloods in his posession for months before they died and he wants Brian to reimburse him I wouldn't do it and I seriously doubt there are ANY other breeders out there that would refund anyone money after having the animals sold for months !!!!
