Two months ago I bought a supposed Het Pied Male from Tim. I wired him 5500 for the pied and a couple normal Females. I never recieved the snake and he would not answer my calls nor respond to email. After two months Tim contacted me. Two weeks ago he called to tell me his email was down for the last several weeks due to his computer crashing. He gave me two phone numbers and promised to make things right. Now he will not answer those phone numbers (I assume his email will never work again). When I call his work he is never there. Tim I want my money back you have two weeks to get it to me or I file suit. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me at this email address. 3817.html Posted At 11:47:39 05/28/2001 Hey Jason, Can ya try to get me my $350 bucks from the gecko I got from the PIECES OF CRAP!!! When I wrote to them stating I was not happy with the animal they sent me they never replied. I sent multiple e-mails to them with no reply! Then after posting on here that they are BAD GUYS I finally got a e-mail stating that they never recieved an e-mail from me stating I wasn't happy. How come,all of a sudden they could not receive my e-mails? They recieved the 20 or so to set the deal up! Then said they would refund me my money via Money Order and then I would ship the animal back. A wekk and a half later I wrote them that I did not recieve my refund yet. They responded by saying "you should have gotten it by now". I replied to that e-mail asking them when it was sent out and to which of my addresses they sent it. That was May 5th and I still haven't seen nor heard quat about it! SOMETHING FISHY IS GOING ON WITH THEM! I wish you luck Jayson! And if it does go to court and you need a statement from someone else who has been RIPPED OFF by BOAWORKS, I would be MORE THAN HAPPY to help you out!!!!! Best wishes, Brett |
