my email is running now so that i can reply ....i posted on here and boi casue it was the only way at the time i knew how to let people know what was going on ...... i think ive emailed everyone i have ongoing deals with but if i havent emails me [email protected] or call me 859 987 4222 and you will get a refund if you dont want to wait on the shipmemnts ..... i didnt want you ghuys to think i had run out like some others had ...i atleast had the decency to post on the form (which was the only way i knew how since i couldnt reply to emails ) that i was down for a few weeks ..... so i understand everyones concern and i appoligize for the lack of communication and for the inconviences.....ive done this personally threw email as of tonight but i also wanted to do it publicly in cas i left someone out thanks i dont know what else to say or what i could have done diffrent ,but i am only interested in peoples snakes or money i have to email or call me .....and they will be given a full reason as from the day these troubles started up until now.....there is no stories no eccuses no lies (as alot of you think) there is my only explanation as too what happened ....so email me or call me 859 987 4222 and i will tell you the truth of what has been going on....... and to all you people who think ive run out or skipped town or stole your money ,well your just wrong.... if i was gonna do that i wouldnt have posted on here....i wouldnt have given an adress ....... i wouldnt have given my phone number.... i would have just up and left like a few other people did and never said a word..... but i came on here and tried to do things the only way i could at that time ....i could read my emails (and i never denied that) but i could not respond for some reason and that is now fixed ....my phone number was the same it was never changed or disconnected and it was given in the first thread and a follow up thread .... so how do all you people get i was trying to skip or run from you ?because i wasnt ....now with that said and with a public appoligy going out to everyone including people that really doesnt have a clue as to whjat is going on here, just get ahold of me (if you havent already) and ill explain in detail what was going on and when you can expect your goods ..... thanks sincerely jerry tubbs |

Ok simple sign up with hotmail and send from there! If this was an AOL e-mail virus which only effected your e-mail program then why has no one else heard about this new Aol E-mail virus? How did AOL solve your virus issue? Does this virus have a name so I can look out for it too. |

Atleast Jerry uses periods and commas here and there. They might not be in the right places, but give him an E for effort! I don't see why people that haven't even done business with Jerry Tubbs bother to post negative things about him. I guess they have nothing better to do with their lives. As far as Jerry goes, did anybody ever stop to think that he may not be as computer literate as some of us? Maybe he doesn't know that Hotmail is free and that anybody can get an account. Atleast the guy posted that he was having problems and din't leave all these people completely hanging. I've seen othe dealers dissapear off the face of the earth never to be heard from again. So I say this, if you don't now or ever did have a dealing with him, stay out of it. If you go thru this board you will see lots and lots of excuses for bad deals and even his inability to ship for various reasons (some legit some not I suspect), but the AOL e-mail virus that allows you to sign on, read e-mail and even post but not send e-mail??? Ok this is truley where it just gets ridiculous. I have AOL and guess what...Thats right no such virus. The earlier excuses seemed more legit but in a short time it has turned into a circus. If you cannot honor a deal send the money/animals back, call, but to just post on forums as an excuse is no longer acceptable for Mr Tubbs at this point. The controversy is all of his making...Simple as that! |

So me not being as pc literate as all of you guys i had a friend look at it . He said something bout my browser controls or settings was screwed up ,when we unplugged it without turning it off we messed something up . Well its up and running as I stated before and I also stated that I think I have emailed everyone, but if not email me please . I have never denied a refund , in fact if you read some of my threads I have offered a refund if noone wanted to wait for me to ship . I did business with Jerry about a month and a half ago or so, and my order was delivered as promised, no delays, and the animals (baby Ball Pythons) were just as described. His communication with me was very good and courteous. I can only hope that, if as it seems some of you have not received your orders from him, that he will straighten out the problem soon. I did some checking on him before I made my purchase from him, and he had almost all very good references; out of many there were only one or two dissatified customers. Based on those references and my experience with him I can only imagine that he is be telling you guys the truth and that he had some sort of computer problems. If he was out to heist your cash, I don't think he would have tried to contact you by posting a message. Good luck to all, I hope it get ironed out. And Jerry, thanks again for the great service. |

I recently did business with Jerry Tubbs, I bought some baby ball pythons from him about a month and a half or so ago. The snakes were delivered as promised with no problems. Jerry's communications with me, while the deal was going on, were great. He answered my questions in a timely, professional and courteous manner. We made a deal, I paid, and he sent the snakes. All arrived alive and looking good. Almost all are eating well (you know those ball pythons are picky eaters). About a week or so after the delivery of the snakes, Jerry contacted me by email to ask how they were doing and if I was happy with the deal. I certainly was, and I can tell you that not many people check after a sale like Jerry did. That was a nice touch, certainly nothing that I think a dishonest person would do. I understand that some of you have experienced problems with contacting Jerry, and with delivery of your orders; I am hopeful that Jerry is telling the truth and has had computer problems. Based on my experience with him and based upon references I got about him (very positive for the great majority with only one or two negative out of many) I would imagine that he is telling the truth and that he will do his best to make things better. And Jerry, thanks again for the great service. |

For those out there with a need to lash out at such a person...shame on you! If only some of you had half the values (honesty, integrity, the importance of standing on your word, along with family commitment) you would live a much fuller life...a life perhaps of understandng and the acceptance to believe what you may not understand...Oh what a wonderful world that would be eh? For those that can only "fault" another for not being "perfect", try to take the "hate" from the hobby, and replace it with compassion & understanding...it might just make you as great a person as Jerry IS! I would not even hesitate for one minute to do business with Jerry again...I find it very refreshing TO KNOW, someone like him exists....and I have been given the priviledge to have known him!!! His email is VERY much shut down, there is NO WAY to send email from his PC... so i will be witness to the fact he can NOT EMAIL but is able to get online.. so I know know why he couldn't email but could only post on forums.. But he has assured me he will be up and running again by the end of the month.. i was very pleased with the snakes and i'm glade i did the deal. .. in the past 2 years i've been dealing with jerry this is the only time i've known Jerry to have any problems.. but i assure you it's with he PC and not with his buisness or animals.. the snakes are very top quality and well worth the money spent.. The animals I purchased from him (1.1 black backed ball pythons) I picked up at his home where I got to view his entire collection of which all looked healthy and where in clean cages. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase other animals from him in the future. |

To be honest he is just mad because on the herpauction and ks and here i was cheaper than him at importing time.I mean there is enough business for everyone and you dont have to get mad cause i was selling and you wasnt.He also staytes that Mark Lucas and Strickly's sells junk bp's anyways. He says they may be cheaper but not better.Well I sold 550 from Mark and i got nothing but good posts and repeat customers.I also sold 1000 or so from another importer/wholesaler that he says sells junk and guess what I got nothing but repeat customers and many thanks for those bp's as well.This same person states c/h farm raised are not the same.He says his eats several times and have been dewormed before ever leaving Africa.So that makes his superior to anyones. bottom line is they are all from the same area(s). Oh ,yeah one more thing MR. D.L. you told this customer I dont have the balls to call you ,well give me that phone# and youll be once again proved wrong. |

5208.html Posted At 10:43:35 07/04/2001 Second lets look at this good post / bad post thing a minute.The bad post are from someone who has not dealt with me or from someone who has came back and said I fulfilled my debt with them like I said I would after June 22.These people called me and was told what the problem was and understood "bad things happen to good people".SO if ya feel up to it call me and you'll understand too. 859 987 4222 I have only 3 bad post across the net and 1 was made right within that week the other will be made right this week and the 3rd(is just a long story),but the person deserves nothing IMHO.I mean guarantees are guarantees but after a month thats a little too long to guarantee a pr of snakes and this matter has been over a year ago or there abouts and if it was all that he says then tell me why the hell did he make a good post for me? Like I said if your in doubt, email all these good/bad posts and you'll see you'll get a 100%return on all the good ones and about no return on the bad ones.SO MR. D.L. dont forget to give me that phone # and check those ISP. Third this is to the webmaster . It plainly states to "whom you had conversations with" so if there was no deal or discussion of a deal then how can they know what went on? There is 2 sides to every argument or discussion, correct?I'm not trying to start a flame war with you I'm just curious as to what im missing here as i greatly appreciate this site along with many many others. 5648.html Posted At 10:46:54 07/11/2001 Tthi is the first time I have ordered anything on line I do not like to by anything I can't touch but I thought I would give Jerry a try I ordered 10 ball pythons from him and got them when he said i would. they were the healthest and the best markings i have ever seen. Jerry is very helpfull on mistakes you might make after you get your snakes, he wont forget you after the sale. I hope to be ordering more from him Thanks Jerry PS jerry i always say that when people talk about me they are leaving someone else alone |

AND YOU REPLY TO YOUR OWN POSTS MORE THAN ANYONE ELSE, JERRY!!! DO YOU HAVE ANYTHING BETTER TO DO? AS FOR THOSE OF YOU JERRY DID RIGHT, YOU ARE LUCKY PEOPLE, BECAUSE HE DID TERRIBLE BUSINESS WITH ME!!! AND YOU SHOULD HAVE SEEN THE WAY HE KILLED ONE OF THE SNAKES BY THE WAY HE SHIPPED THEM!!
