We did a trade this week.On my end the shipping got screwed up.Brian remained calm and never made any negative remarks. I got a Blue Tongue Skink from him and he's perfect in every way! Docile & beautiful! Brian answered ALL my e mails and that was alot! Everytime I though up a question I e mailed him. He alwasy replied with the answer & very polite. Trust me,as many e mails I sent him...most people would have got very aggrivated! His animal to me got lost in the mail. Brian got to the bottom of this matter QUICKLY! He found out where it was and e mailed me names and numbers to contact USPS.He even had them call me explaining what was up I recommend doing business with Brian. The RedTail made it perfect and very beautiful. Brian answered all my E-mails promptly and very professionaly. Brian is one of the good guys out there and i plan on doin business w/ him throughout the future. |
