I guess it is kind of late now, but would like to know if I should expect to recieve my blue tongue or not. I made a trade with Joey Smith ([email protected]). We agreed to ship at the same time. That was 3 weeks ago. I shipped, and he claimed he did too, but package was returned due to non- existant address. He agreed to ship again that following Monday. Then something came up and he was going to ship tuesday, then it would be thursday for sure. Then Monday. I didn't get a package, and finally got in touch with his girlfriend Brittney this past thursday. She couldn't tell me anything other than the bts was not in his tank, so she guessed he had been sent. I finally got to talk to joey, and he said UPS wouldn't let him ship without permit?? And he didn't have money to ship. Now he is saying Monday again, and he promises. I understand people have $$ problems, but this is getting old real quick. Has anyone dealt with Joey or Brittney? What should I expect? |

I never said anything bad about you, even though I do have the right to. If you couldn't afford the shipping, you shouldn't have made the deal. I didn't buy the gophers anyway, I traded for them. You contacted me wanting to trade. I told you they were WC, and that I had traded for them. I did not keep anything secret about the snakes. You have been good about keeping in touch and keeping me updated, but you tell me you are shipping and 3 days later when nothing has ever arrived, I e-mail you and you say you couldn't ship. As for why I am so pissed, I had several good offers for them, and I am sure the trade would have been completed and I would be going on with my life, not arguing over who is right or wrong. I also do not appreciate you e-mailing me and telling me that I am the reason you are black listed from kringles. He does not know anything about my trading with you. If you are treating other the way you have treated me, I do not wonder why you are black listed. |

One laid 12 large eggs and the other laid 10 large eggs. Of course they were skinny. I told you they would have to be fattened up first. That is a given when it comes to breeding. You told me you didn't want to breed them anyways. I can't explain the nose rub, I know they had it when I got them. They are WC, it happens. They were very active and healthy when they left here. If you were that unhappy with them, you should have sent them back. After you guys got them you said they were great, and yow loved them. I have not put any bad comments about you. I am just disappointed in the fact that you have kept me hanging for 3 weeks.I wouldn't have given you a bad reference, because I understand stuff happens, but you don't need to accuse me of anything. As for your problems with kringles and jerry tubbs, that is all you. I wish I would have inquired about you sooner, and I wouldn't be dealing with this BS right now. I hope everyone who reads this board looks at the whole story and draws their own decision. I personally didn't have a problem with you until you called me a b*tch. Now I do. Grow up |

Fourth and final, you complained about me sending imperfect snakes because they had just clutched and were skinny and because of nose rub, but then you sent me a deformed blue tongue. Sure you told me in advance, after you shipped. After all of this trouble you let me know about the deformed bt after shipping?? By the way, it is because of a calcium deficiency and/or lack of proper lighting. So, now tell me who mistreats animals? I am sure you will have some other crap to say about me, but I really do not care. I have enough reputable people backing me that your accusations do not affect me in any way. As we all know it is now August 23, which means it is two months later and I still don't have my toads. However, they have a $50.00 money order I sent. They have been exchanging emails with my roomate and been telling us they are going to ship, but they never do. I would like to know if anyone else sent them a personal check or a money order and did not receive the agreed upon goods so that all of us that have had our money stolen can pursue a collective lawsuit. It is a federal offense to cash a money order if an exchange has not occurred. As far as I can tell these two people have stolen my money. If Joey or Brittney reads this, please note that I simply want my toads and will be more than happy to post a positive feedback update upon their arrival or the refund of my money. Otherwise, anyone who has proof of payment in the form of money order receipts or cashed checks please let me know so that we can press charges of mail fraud. |
