I am not sure if they are good. I have heard too many bad reports about them. That's why I'm playing it safe and buying a snake from Ralph Davis. But I want to know if LLLreptiles is reallly trustworthy. The owner of this pet store that my sister is going to buy a snake from highly reccomends them. The owner of the local pet store has already told me some untrue things. And if LLLreptriles is bad it will only discredit their advice further. |

Posted At 21:51:25 01/15/2001 People will say bad things about them some will say good. I will just tell you my experience. They have treated me fairly. Got my animals for me at a fair price. Good health. Good time frame. Good support after the purchase. I will buy more reptiles from them in the future if I need anymore |

Posted At 22:19:10 01/15/2001 I have only ordered supplies/feeders from them but i have had no problems and no complaints. They even made a long distance phone call to correct an error i made on a realy small order. |

Posted At 19:54:13 01/16/2001 I bought my first 2 Leopard Geckos from them 5 years ago when they were first starting out, and they are the fattest, healthiest lizards you could imagine. I bought a pair of Leucistics from them a few months ago, and they arrived healthy, warm, active and hungry! I have been very pleased with not only their animals, delivery and supplies, but their customer service has been consistently good. |

Posted At 04:46:51 01/17/2001 had not a so happy dill on supplys. but over the last year i have ordered live reptiles and had the best live and helthy pets. i did loos one 3/4 sandfirer red x 1/4 germen giant put i did not cont,theme i have ordered a lot of herp on the net and this is good |

Posted At 09:48:12 01/19/2001 I've bought some supplies from them, with no problems. I wouldn't reccomend the flourescent strips they sell, as they're poorly made for the money. Very nice on phone, good customer service. Have never bought animals from them. |

Posted At 18:07:14 01/23/2001 LLL is a good company run by a couple of brothers. I live close and have been in their shop over 30 times, bought supplies and animals. They buy some hogg island boas from me too. Anyways, good store, clean with healthy animals. Never ordered anything so cannot comment on that. They have a high percentage of WC animals, which would be my only complaint. If you want me to check any animal out for you before you buy, let me know, usually go in there on the weekends. |

The problem I have with them is the extremely unprofessional conduct in the store; I have only visited them on weekends and the store is full of teenage employees more interested in talking to their friends than to customers. The pricing is average, the selection is above average, the animals look good (I have never bought a herp from them because I have no patience for the gabbing teens). It may sound like I have something against teenagers but this is not the case, teens can be corteous, professional, helpful employees (I know, I have several working for me), it is a matter of a manager taking control and setting standards for customer service. Bottom line: quality marred by unprofessional employees. |
