I got some blizzard het babies from Nicole at K&N and wanted to say that I am very happy with the transaction! There was a small hitch in the shipping (she accidentally packaged 1.4 instead of 1.5), and she immediately apologized and offered to fix it. I offered to pay the shipping to get the fifth female to me, and she refused, saying it was her mistake so she'd take care of it. It's really easy for people to be good guys/gals when things go smoothly, it takes a true professional to be great when things don't go perfectly. =) I sure appreciate the before and after sale support, and will definitely purchase from them again =) Tig |
