The add was posted kingsnake.com july 4th . I (realzkool) responded. The deal was Rob Kamstra (YahooID: reptilerob99) sends me 2 breeding size female ball pythons and as a favor I would take the 5.5’ boa. I deposited the money in full and when the shipment arrived, there was a big boa but 2 small sized ball pythons around 600 grams, definitely not breeding size. I brought the box over to Craigs house (hardcorerep) to show him what I’ve received. When I got home, I probed the snakes one was a male! Rob said that he worked that night and his wife packed the wrong snakes. The snakes that he sent me were snakes that someone was paying him to take care of, while the guy was out of town he said. The following conversation to rectify the deal occurred over Yahoo messenger: “what I did here was I was talking to rob and I pasted it to craig” -Rob wanted me to send the snakes back and get my money back… and the rest as follows- hardcorereptiles: i dont think that a good idea ,do you realzkool: nope realzkool: I think it's fair if you eat half of the shipping costs.... You can pay me when you come and pick up the other snakes.... reptilerob99: snot to sure but I would like to show you them in person so if you want to work it this way send the balls back so I can give them to the guy here and I will give you your many back and we can do it in person I want to make for sure without any question you VERY VERY HAPPY hardcorereptiles: can ya hear me still realzkool: no hardcorereptiles has enabled voice conference. Hours I take it that you are keeping them. The guy here and cops toke them and he will only give them back if his get here first. Air Canada here will not ship out live animals on weekend that is why I could not ship them. I did not want to get craig into this because I want to keep him as a friend. That is why I try to work out a deal with you like in September I hand drop off the 2 snakes that were here to you but now No. THANK YOU AND I AND MY WIFE IS SORRY So basically what happen was I got screwed, I offered to pay for the shipping to correct his mistake and all he did was put it off until this email…. He had more than enough time to send me the other snakes…. HE IS A POS!! Any of this can be verified with Craig. Try not to bother the guy though….. he might get mad at me and I don’t want that. 6803.html Posted At 16:53:11 08/04/2001 David, sounds like this guy is definately one to avoid! He did everything but answer your questions and correct his so called mistake. He purposely ripped you off and he is lying thru his teeth if he has any!!! I agree with the P O S statement!!! amen |
