I have been going to that store now for a while to get feeders and the occasional herp and they have always been really good to me. Recently I had trouble with a boa I purchased, not from them, that I suspected to be an import with parasites because it regurged every meal it had for two months regardless of my husbandry. I explained my situation to the owner, Ellis, and he suggested some medicine and treatment and I explained to him that I had no knowledge working with reptile medications nor experience administering it so he offered to treat it for free. I don't want to make it sound like you just call em up and they'll do it for free for everyone but I like how they "take care of their own." It's been a few weeks and my boa has held it's first meal in a long while and I am extremely happy with the service and attention I received so I highly recommend them to anyone. |
