i recently worked out a trade with this guy, Arnie Thompson. he sent me a snake with a respiratory infection. you could hear it breathe and mucous bubbling in its lungs. i e-mailed and asked him why he didn't tell me and here's what he had to say: "I didn't tell you because I don't bel eave she dose have a upper respiratory infection"..... that's the first thing i noticed, and then he told me how everybody thought it was pretty..(like that changes it is very sick) he also told me that he didn't see any bubbles coming out of its nose, blah blah blah, last night i saw bubbles coming out of his nose and e-mailed him and asked what he was gonna do for the snake if i sent it back (is he gonna be ignorant and let it die or what), and he e-mails back with a lot threats and insults, like i did something wrong. i told him that i was even gonna send the snake i traded anyway (after the first time he cussed me out) and then he had some more things to say that were very insulting and threatening. so if i send him his snake back he is either gonna sell it to someone else and rip them off, or let it die in his pet store. he told me there was nothing wrong with the snake what-so-ever. i have learned from this what kind of business he runs and never want to do business with him again, and strongly advise against buying anything over the internet from him. |

Don't hide behind the fact that you care so much about the snake and what will happen to it if you send it back. It just makes you sound like someone who wants to keep a free snake. They are offering money to send it back so just send it back. This whole thing you posted about those people being bad is BS. You have a snake and they have nothing to show for it. Then they offered to have it shipped back and you won't. so guess what. You are the one who is looking bad. either send them the hog like you promised or send them the snake back since you are dissatisfied. As far as I can tell they have followed through on their end. They even offered to pay for shipping. it is time for you to follow through Mr. Smith. posting a bad comment about someone to cover your rear end is not the way to go |

Yes you do have possession of the snake but that doesn't mean it's yours. The fact that you admitted to this openly on this forum puts you in a bad light unless you return the snake. I would be willing to say that thier is not one person on this forum who thinks you should keep the snake. Your excuse about protecting it from a fate worse than death doesn't hold water either. Again, it's not your snake. Not at all. Keep it and your nothing but a worthless, cowardly, thief. The fact that your trying to run a disinformation campaign is very apperent to anyone who has a brain. You admitted to having possession and they have offerd to pay shipping back to them. What time is convenient for them to pick the snake up at your door? The only thing it will cost you is for the tape to tape the box it was sent to you in originally. I will post the results good or bad. I did not think there was anything wrong with the snake or believe me I would not of sent it to anyone. If it is sick sorry for any incontinence.
