In a post about Michael Mastison from Double D Reptiles, Michael thought it neccesary to say these untrue LIES about me in reference to people he had trouble with: "1. Mickey Cook- I sent him exactly what he order, but it wasn't good enough. After investigation on my behalf, Mickey's "friends" stated, "Mickey actually was HOPING for a proven breeder for the price of a baby, and really doesn't know that much about snakes". " First of all, he doesn't know anyone that I know, otherwise, he would have named names. I had to contact him repeatly about the whereabouts of my snake because it was at least a week AFTER he received payment via postal money order. Not only that, but I have emails where he admitted that the snake I ordered died in shipping and told me he was sending me another snake. The snake that I paid for was supposed to be breeding age (once again, I have emails stating this)and it obviously was NOT. He only told me this AFTER he already sent the snake that I have now. I gave him the opportunity to send me back my money in exchange for his snake. He refused. I have saved all the emails he sent me which prove my complaint. I have no idea why is was necessary for Michael to bring my name back up, he had already posted it on HIS website along with some filthy UNPROFESSIONAL language. I am making this post for two reasons. 1. Michael - do you deny that you told me my snake died? Do you deny that you sent me a substitute snake without asking my permission? Not only that, but I would like to know who my "friends" are that you quoted. It's not a quote unless you name the person that made the statement. You can't even NAME one person that we both know. 2. Anyone that is considering doing business with Michael is welcome to email me and I will present my side of the situation and show proof. In my opinion, Michael acted both unprofessionally and underhandly. I chose not to pursue this legally because it wasn't worth my time and effort. I did, however, tell him that i would warn fellow herpers about his business conduct. I did so, and identified myself. So it should be over. Or is it? Apparently NOT, since he continues to strew my name around this forum. Once and for all, Michael please respond to above questions in a professional business-like manner. I have kept my comments clean and factual. Please do the same. |

What the hell were you thinking?! For God's sake this isn't a Penthouse letters forum! Any little kid with a computer can read everything on this site. You really ought to be ashamed for using langauge like that on this board, and I believe that an apology to everyone who reads this board is in order. |

My girlfriend, and I do EVERYTHING in our power to steer her 6 year old daughter away from bad web sites. For Christ's sake we all know that these kids know more about these computers than we do. Her daughter loves to get on all the reptile web sites because we have taken the time to educate her on the right way to care for herps. However, this site will have to be off limits for her now, and thats really sad. I'm just glad I read that before she did! Before she could come to me, and ask me why someones d**k was in someones a**! As a matter of fact, if I knew your internet provider I would report you to them as well! You are a very sad woman, and I feel sorry for you. |

However I must agree with Ken, this is not the place for cussing. No matter How much WE would like to. I am really mad about how my deal went with Mike, and even more upset at how HE has handled things sence as I'm sure you are. But when we let our feelings get the best of us it only draws attenton away from the real problem. MICHAEL MASTISON!!!!I won't go into the countless rip off, dead animal, and just all around bad deal stories I've heard about Mike. You can read all about them if you want in other post on this board. However I will go into the fact that Mike thinks he needs to lie about me for no reason other than that I'm an unsatisfied customer. I never sent you on any email calling you gay or cussing, as so many others have. Why do you continue to lie. I ordered one breedable king snake. That is not what I recived. You told me my snake died in shipping(which at first I didn't belive until I heard your other dead animal sories)but either way you sent me a much younger snake as a replacement with out ever asking me if I wanted it. Then when I told you the younger snake was unacceptable you refused to give me a refund. You said "no refunds on animals that arrive alive". I don't understand, you snet me a diffrent snake then the one I ordered.I have all of the Emails we sent eachother to prove eveything I am saying. All I want is for Mike to agree that I have every reason to have wanted a refund, and to stop spreading rumors about me. So Mike are you ready to prove your side or admitt you made a mistake. I'm calling you out so to speak. Name the people you so rudly quoted and prove what I'm saying is wrong.Or apologize and quit bad mouthing me. |
